AnalyticsSupport provides AnalyticsSupport.com Site including AnalyticsSupport.com Home Page and other AnalyticsSupport.com content (collectively, the "AnalyticsSupport.com Site") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions below. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ACCESSING THE DECISION POINT.COM SITE. BY ACCESSING AnalyticsSupport.com SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE AnalyticsSupport.com SITE.


By accessing AnalyticsSupport.com Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below:


  1. Rules. While visiting AnalyticsSupport.com, you may not:
    • Post, transmit or otherwise distribute information constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use AnalyticsSupport.com Site in a manner which is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying AnalyticsSupport.com Site or the Internet;
    • Post or transmit any information or software which contains a virus, cancelbot, trojan horse, worm or other harmful or disruptive component; or
    • Upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material obtained through AnalyticsSupport.com Site which is protected by copyright, or other intellectual property right, or derivative works with respect thereto, without obtaining permission of the copyright owner or right holder.


  2. Public Areas. Certain areas of AnalyticsSupport.com Web site contain information supplied by visitors and others. These areas include bulletin boards (Discussions), Directory, and AnalyticsSupport.com-hosted Web sites. AnalyticsSupport is not responsible for comments, advice, information or any other posting made by visitors or others in these areas. AnalyticsSupport reserves the right to review materials posted in these public areas and to delete or edit them, for any reason, at any time.

  3. Site Experts and Mentors. AnalyticsSupport.com allows users to pose questions to Experts or Mentors who are experienced business people and professionals. The advice that Experts or Mentors give to users is each Expert's or Mentor's own advice and not that ofAnalyticsSupport.com. Each Expert or Mentor, consequently, is solely responsible for the information and opinions that he or she gives to users. An Expert or Mentor may have an interest in the products, services, or business entities that he or she recommends. Consequently, users should be aware that such interests may exist and may influence the advice given by an Expert or Mentor.
    An Expert or Mentor may address legal, accounting, or other professional issues, but users should not treat their response as legal, accounting, or professional advice. Qualified professionals who are fully aware of a user's particular circumstances can only properly give such advice.

    Any questions referred to an expert or Mentor will not be shared with anyone other than the requester or the Expert or Mentor. Experts may, based on either the relevancy of a topic or frequency of similar questions on a specific topic, post a general FAQ to AnalyticsSupport.com's Expert FAQ section. All or any references to company names, product names, or any other individually identifiable piece of information provided by AnalyticsSupport.com's members will be excluded for privacy and confidential reasons.

  4. Linked Sites. The Solutions Provider sites to which AnalyticsSupport.com provides links are operated by independent parties and are not under the control of AnalyticsSupport.com. AnalyticsSupport.com does, however, provide links for its visitors to Solutions Provider sites. You should inform yourself of the policies adopted by each of the Solutions Providers for the operation of its site, including its policies concerning the use of information provided to the Solutions Provider by AnalyticsSupport.com customer or by AnalyticsSupport. See Section 8.

  5. Solutions Providers. AnalyticsSupport has contractual arrangements with other companies, which offer information, products, services, and online tools to AnalyticsSupport customers. For purposes of these arrangements, a "AnalyticsSupport.com customer" is a visitor who links to a Solutions Provider's Web site through AnalyticsSupport.com site. AnalyticsSupport receives agreed-upon payments from each Solutions Provider that enters into transactions with AnalyticsSupport.com customers.

  6. Independent Parties. AnalyticsSupport.com and each of the Solutions Providers are independent parties. There is no agency, employee or partnership relationship of one to the other or among any of them and they have no authority to bind another of the parties. Any reference describing AnalyticsSupport.com and any Solutions Provider as "partners" is colloquial only and does not represent the legal relationship between them, which is one of independent contractors.

  7. Monitoring. AnalyticsSupport has no obligation to monitor AnalyticsSupport.com Site. However, you agree that AnalyticsSupport has the right to monitor AnalyticsSupport.com Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate AnalyticsSupport.com Site properly, or to protect itself or its users in accordance with AnalyticsSupport's Privacy Policy. AnalyticsSupport will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. AnalyticsSupport reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement.

  8. Privacy. For information on how identifiable information is collected, used and disclosed by AnalyticsSupport, please read our Privacy and Security policy.

  9. Buying over the Internet. When conducting transactions through AnalyticsSupport.com Site or the Internet, you may be asked by the information or service provider to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment mechanisms. You agree that all information you provide to any information or service provider through AnalyticsSupport.com Site will be accurate and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or other users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanisms at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You also will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes, if any, relating to purchases on AnalyticsSupport.com Site. AnalyticsSupport is in no way responsible for any charges you or any user of your account incurs when making purchases or other transactions in this manner.

  10. No Warranty. AnalyticsSupport Business Development Team assesses the products and services offered by Solutions Providers and believe that these products and services are appropriate and valuable to small business/ AnalyticsSupport.com customers. AnalyticsSupport does not, however, guarantee any products or services provided by Solutions Providers. Solutions Providers are solely responsible for claims made by AnalyticsSupport.com customers with respect to the products or services provided to them by Solutions Providers, and AnalyticsSupport.com customers should look to the Solutions Providers for any guarantee of the performance of products or the suitability of services provided by them.

  11. Limitation of Liability. AnalyticsSupport, including its affiliates, related companies and suppliers, take no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any claims or statements contained in the documents and related graphics on AnalyticsSupport.com Site. Further, AnalyticsSupport makes no representations about the suitability of any of the information contained in the documents and related graphics on AnalyticsSupport.com Site for any purpose. All such documents, related graphics, product and services are provided "as is" and without warranties or conditions of any kind. In no event shall AnalyticsSupport be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information, products or services available on or through AnalyticsSupport.com Site.

  12. Recourse. If you are dissatisfied with AnalyticsSupport.com Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or practices of AnalyticsSupport in operating AnalyticsSupport.com Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using AnalyticsSupport.com Site.

  13. Indemnity. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold AnalyticsSupport and its affiliates and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of AnalyticsSupport.com Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on AnalyticsSupport.com Site or on the Internet by you or users of your account.

  14. Intellectual Property. All AnalyticsSupport.com elements (the "Elements") such as, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the texts, articles, documents, worksheets, programs, photos, illustrations, images, videos and audio materials, are the property of AnalyticsSupport and are subject to licenses or agreements allowing their broadcast through the site. No site Element may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, translated, downloaded, posted or sent, in any way whatsoever, without the prior written approval of AnalyticsSupport or the copyright holder. You are allowed to post or download the site Elements, but solely for non-commercial purposes and for personal use, provided you do not change these Elements and maintain all their intellectual property notices. The trademarks and logos used or posted on AnalyticsSupport.com are trademarks which were registered or not by AnalyticsSupport or third parties. Nothing in AnalyticsSupport.com may be interpreted as allowing, directly or indirectly, the use of a trademark reproduced on AnalyticsSupport.com without the prior written approval of the owner of such trademark.

  15. Territory. AnalyticsSupport.com Site originates in Canada.

  16. Miscellaneous. This Agreement, including any and all documents referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between AnalyticsSupport and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof. AnalyticsSupport's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement were determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties have required that this agreement and all documents relating thereto be drawn up in English.
